The best regional ingredients

Following the motto “directly from the producer”, we buy all our ducks from regional producers.

.German duck meat is a high-quality product. The birds are pampered with only the best feed, supplemented with soybean meal to ensure the necessary protein supply. The feed contains no additives, antibiotics, animal-, bone- or fish meal of any sort.

Just like the ducks, our culinary “main actors”, all of our delicacies are original Bavarian products, made with great care, many years of experience and only the freshest ingredients.

Our delicacies include duck jelly, duck lard mixed with greaves, duck liver sausage, smoked duck breast, Samerberg specialties such as jam, honey, cheeses produced in the Alps, and – of course – our Entenjäger liqueur.
